These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, the “General Conditions””), together with any specific conditions that may be established, regulate the conditions for purchasing products through the website www.consuladooscuro.org (hereinafter, the “Website” or the “Portal”), owned by CONSULADO OSCURO, SL (hereinafter “THE OWNER”), with CIF B13958004 , registered in the Commercial Registry of MADRID T45530 , F 12, S 8, HM 800773, I/A 1 (17.07.23), whose registered office is located at Calle C. Madroñera 28290, Las Matas (Madrid) with telephone 667 35 15 30 .
This Legal Notice (hereinafter, “Legal Notice”), together with the General Conditions (hereinafter, “General Conditions”These Terms and Conditions establish the terms and conditions governing the use of the information society services that the OWNER makes available to Internet users through the Website. Aspects relating to the processing of Users' personal data in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the Privacy Policy.
